Delivery & Returns
When you purchase a bike via our online store, we will arrange for your bike to be collected and sent via TNT 24-hour service. When picked up from our store, you can expect to receive your order within the next working days. Free delivery for orders over £600. Subject to location and bike. Cycle to work bikes are in store only. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
PLEASE NOTE – If an order is placed after 10:00am on a Friday, then your bicycle will be dispatched on the following Monday. Partridge Cycles Ltd cannot be made responsible for any late delivery, as deliveries are managed by a third party courier service.
You will receive a confirmation email after your order and also an email to say that your bike has been picked up by the courier. If you don’t receive any of these emails, then please contact us and we can arrange for those emails to be re-sent, or sent to an alternative email address.
Your delivery will require an electronic signature upon receipt, so please ensure you choose an address where you can receive the item. If Parcelforce attempt to deliver and you are not in, they may deliver to a neighbour, attempt to re-deliver the next day, or ask you collect the item from your local Post Office.
Your order can be tracked online and you will need to request the tracking URL from us when your product has been collected from the store.
All of our online payments are processed using PayPal. You can arrange to make a payment over the phone by calling our store and quoting the SKU number from the product page online. We can then arrange delivery details with you over the phone.
You’re also welcome to phone us and place an order to collect in store.
Our courier delivers to Mainland UK, however, if you require postage further afield or abroad, you can arrange for your bike to be delivered to an external delivery service, who will then take over the delivery of your product.
PLEASE NOTE – When your bicycle has been delivered to an external courier, Partridge Cycles Ltd cannot be made responsible for any damage that may happen during their delivery process, so please make sure that you insure your bicycle.

Returns & Refunds
It is the responsibility of the customer to enquire about the minor cosmetics of the bicycle they are looking to purchase. To do this you can fill out an enquiry form, email firstname.lastname@example.org or you can call the store on 01392 833 303. We can send you through photos of the bike and include photos of the minor cosmetics in question.
We offer 14 days from purchase to return your mail order bike in an as new and unused state for a refund or exchange. We cannot offer a refund on bikes that have been used, damaged or not in the condition they were sold. Outside of this period we will endeavour to do our best to help and treat each case on an individual basis.
