1) Your rights

Partridge Cycles is based in the UK and complies with UK consumer law including the Distance Selling Regulations. So whilst shopping with Partridge Cycles you can be confident that buying from us is completely safe.  We will make sure that we send you the products ordered and if you have any problems at all we will endeavour to resolve them as soon as possible. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Under Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched, up to 7 days from receipt of the goods.

2) Returns

a) Distance Selling Regulations
Partridge Cycles abides by the Distance Selling Regulations, which protect all buyers when shopping by mail order. 

b) New Items Refund / Exchange

Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Goods must be in their original packaging.
Goods must not have been fitted or used.
Goods must be accompanied with a completed returns form.
NB: Please do not attach tape or labels to the original packaging, make sure they are wrapped first, thanks.

c) New Items - Our Error
Sometimes we do make mistakes, hard to believe we know.  If we have sent you the incorrect part, we will be happy to make an exchange and pay for your 2nd Class Royal Mail postage costs for returning the item.

d) Faulty, Damaged or Broken
Please contact Partridge Cycles before returning any goods you believe may be faulty as the problem may be resolved without any you having to pay return postage costs.

We will try to solve any problem you have, we just ask that you are honest with us, we want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase from Partridge Cycles and come back again and again to shop with us.  Please note we are unable to cover the cost of postage for returned faulty goods.

3) Postage

The cost of delivery depends on the product you are buying, whether a Bike, Bulky Item or Clothing & Accessories, please see the Delivery information page for further details.

4) Pricing

Prices include VAT (Value Added Tax) at the standard UK rate of 17.5%. Currently our online store can online deal with deliveries to the United Kingdom, therefore all products are subject to VAT.  We try our hardest to ensure that prices on the website are up to date, however we are only human and errors do occur, if this happens we will contact you before your goods are sent.


5) Payment

Partridge Cycles accept most major credit cards for online orders.  Through our checkout process you will be asked to enter your card details and the name and address of the card holder.  These details will be checked and your order may be put on hold until we have all the correct details. 

We accept payment through PAYPAL which is a simple, quick and secure way of paying online. For more details go to www.PayPal.com .  Orders paid for using Paypal will be charged in full, this will include the cost of any out of stock items. 

It is also possible to pay by most major credit cards over the phone, please ensure you have completed checkout on our website before you contact the store on +44(0)1392 833303 or +(0)1392 832289. 

We do not accept payment by Sterling (£) personal or business cheques, Sterling (£) postal orders, Sterling (£) or euro (€) bank transfer and Sterling (£) bank drafts.

6) Accuracy of Information

We try to make sure when listing products on our website that the descriptions and photographs used are accurate.  Details are taken from the manufacturers websites, catalogues, product tags and in addition we often use our own personal description.  We try to make sure that all details are 100% accurate, however we can make mistakes, if you find an error please let us know and we'll correct it as soon as possible.  If you purchase something based on a photo or description from our website which turns out to be incorrect, we will be happy to replace of refund the product (unused).

7) Changes

If we decided to make any changes to our Terms and Conditions, they will be posted on this page so that you are aware of what information we collect from you, how it is used and under what circumstances it may be disclosed.

8) Website Use

Partridge Cycles disclaims damages of any kind, compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties implied or otherwise relating to use of this website.
